Placing an order with Signs BC Illuminated is easy. Providing certain details will help us determine the best sign types for your project. Please collect and provide the following details, (if you’re not sure, just contact us and we will be happy to help you) …

Ordering Signs

  1. Quantity. How many signs do you require?
  2. Usage. Are the signs for interior or exterior use? Are they temporary or for long term use ?
  3. Installation details. If required. Where will the signs be installed? What type of wall, window, fence, ceiling, or other surface exists where the signs will be installed? Can holes be made into the wall to install the sign, or is adhesive required instead?
  4. Size. Is there an approximate or exact size required for the signs; what is the height and width?
  5. Colour. What colours do you need for the background, text, and graphics? Does the sign need to be illuminated or non-illuminated?
  6. Artwork & Logos. Artwork should be provided (if possible) in vector format (.ai, .eps, .cdr) However we can work with any file if vector format is not available.

Ordering Rubber Stamps

  1. Type. What kind of rubber stamp; self-inking, traditional, dater stamp, numberer?
  2. Quantity. How many stamps do you require?
  3. Artwork & Logos. Artwork should be provided (if possible) in vector format (.ai, .eps, .cdr) However we can work with any file if vector format is not available.

Ordering Plaques & Awards

  1. Type. What type of award; trophy, plaque, annual, or cup?
  2. Style. Trophies and awards are very customizable – think about the size of the plaque or award, and the theme elements you want to incorporate into your project.
  3. Quantity. How many plaques or awards do you require?
  4. Artwork & Logos. Artwork should be provided (if possible) in vector format (.ai, .eps, .cdr) However we can work with any file if vector format is not available.

Ordering Service (Installation & Repair)

  1. Services. What can we do for you; sign repair, installation, routing, engraving, line painting?
  2. Location. Where is the job? What is the address? And the name and number of the job site contact person?
  3. Hours. What days or hours are available for us to access the property? Or hours of the day that are most convenient to create the least disruption?
  4. Accessibility. Are electrical rooms accessible if required to switch off electrical power to your sign?

Shipping and Delivery

Standard Shipping

Most orders are produced, packaged, and shipped approximately 3 – 5 days from the time of your order. Additional time may be required for some projects and orders. Let us know when you require urgent service.

Rush Orders

Local orders within Vancouver and the Lower Mainland are shipped by courier and can be delivered the same day. Canadian orders outside the Lower Mainland can be delivered the next business day by noon.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
