Laser marking, engraving and cutting is a viable and versatile technology that is being used by many engravers to offer a wider range of services for their customers.  There are certain advantages to using a laser over other conventional tools. One is that the laser produces its engraved mark with a non-contact method. Therefore the wear and tear associated with conventional tooling is not present. This also reduces potential product damage and deformation. Laser engraving machines produce a significant amount of energy in an extremely small area (as small as .003"). This focused energy leaves its mark by heating, melting, burning or vaporizing away the top layer of the object.

The lasers are settable so that one can engrave on tracing paper or kiss cut vinyl or chunk cut. We can mark or cut just about ANYTHING. We do have VERY heavy duty 3D CNC large format routers/mill/engravers where materials like stainless steel CAN be cut and shaped, so basically your imagination is the only limit in what can be accomplished.  Our laser engraving machine, combined with the processing power of computers, provides you with low costs and fast turn around times!

The mark is permanent, concise and clean. Lasers also can engrave faster than many conventional methods, Lasers also have the advantage of engraving onto materials that are unengraveable by other methods. This includes wood and other materials. In addition, the same machine that can engrave also can be used to cut through most materials far more intricately and precisely than ANY other method

LEATHER

Laser engraving is one of the most stunning ways to decorate leather. No other method can produce as fine of detail as laser engraving. The most common applications are for personalized items such as wallets and key fobs.

FABRIC CUTTING

Fabric cutting can be accomplished very easily with a laser. Cutting of cotton and polyester are just two of the many fabrics that can be cut. Whether it's for a rugby jersey or for an armrest of a couch, the applications for cutting fabrics are nearly endless.

ANODIZED ALUMINUM

Marking of anodized aluminum with a CO2 laser by has many advantages. It is a non-contact process, which leaves the anodized layer intact and maintains its corrosion resistance. Any anodizing color, including clear, can be used and the results are a nearly white marking with no heat distortion or exposed bare metal. Secondary processing can allow for additional colors to be used on the marked areas for special appearance needs.
