Sometimes there are so many doors in an office it really is hard to tell which is which. Is this a door to the stairwell or a storage room?
Since all doors can look the same the best solution is to get Door Signs to prevent mistakes. Although a simple addition they are often overlooked. Placed at an average height a clear door sign will allow the visitor to see exactly where they need to go
If a door is frequently mistaken for the exit, for example, when it is a storage room then it is a good idea not only to place a "Storage Room" door sign but to also place a directional sign to the exit. This will make it far easier for guests to find their way out. It is easy to forget when you are familiar with a place that others do not know where everything is.
Door signs along long corridors are especially important. If you have a business that has a lot of visitor traffic then it behooves you to have readable and professional door signs. This will reduce the amount of lost and late visitors
